The STM32V873VI is the flagship microcontroller in the STM32V8 series and is one of the world’s first general-purpose, high-performance MCUs manufactured using the advanced 18nm FD-SOI (Fully Depleted Silicon-on-Insulator) process. It features an 800MHz Arm Cortex-M85 processor core, incorporating Helium (MVE) vector extensions, embedded PCM (phase-change memory), a hardware security architecture and a rich set of high-speed peripherals.
