Product Description
The TPS66120YBGR is a USB-C® Power Delivery high voltage power switch for sink with 3.3V dead battery LDO. It features an integrated 4-V to 22-V Sink power path with overtemperature and reverse current protection. The VBUS includes overvoltage protection with levels set by an optional external resistor divider. The OVP terminal can be grounded to disable overvoltage protection when not needed. The device also supports a fault pin for overtemperature event indication.
