The MSP430F169IPMR ultralow power microcontroller series offers multiple device configurations with specialized peripherals for diverse applications. Its architecture, combined with five low-power modes, is engineered to maximize battery life in portable measurement systems. The device incorporates a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators for optimal code efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) enables rapid wake-up from low-power modes to active mode in under 6 µs.
